AYURVEDIC DETOX - GET WELL I, II, III

Updated: Feb 12, 2020

10-Day Ayurvedic Detox - Get Well

Do you want to revitalise your mind and body in the countryside of Portugal? Get Well is a 10-day Ayurvedic detox retreat rooted in the ancient Pancha Karma tradition. During these days you will immerse yourself in Ayurvedic treatments amidst peaceful nature in order to improve digestion (Agni) and well-being.

I am very happy to announce that we will offer an Ayurvedic detox programme in collaboration with Miriam Alberts, founder of Ayurday Nilayam, in my beloved Portugal. Miriam developed several Ayurvedic detox and Pancha Karma programmes in the Netherlands and in India together with my teacher Dr. Shailesh Muli over the last 5 years. After undergoing a Pancha Karma programme and Ayurvedic detox myself in India and the Netherlands respectively, I can tell the circumstances are important when you enter this process of healing. Portugal is the perfect setting for this Ayurveda retreat. In this Ayurvedic detox, relaxation, enjoyment and rejuvenation come together in a surrounding characterised by idyllic Portuguese hills where the Atlantic light reflects.

This Ayurvedic detox is suitable for people that want to improve their digestion, recover from a stressful period, balance their system (dosa’s) and cleanse their body and mind.
